Terms & Conditions
ResusCore Medical Training provides educational services aligned with American Heart Association guidelines. Enrollment in training does not guarantee certification; certification is contingent upon successful completion of course requirements, skills evaluation, and adherence to applicable standards.
Training schedules, locations, and formats are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Participants are responsible for meeting any prerequisites required for enrollment, including completion of HeartCode online coursework when applicable. Failure to meet prerequisites may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of training without refund.
By submitting a training request or participating in a course, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training date. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to complete required prerequisites may result in forfeiture of fees or the need to reschedule at additional cost.
For group or on-site training, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on scope and preparation requirements.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of ResusCore Medical Training and may exclude administrative or processing fees.
